NOTES.

If artwork is to be supplied by customer, it should be submitted as a “.TIFF” @ 300dpi.  Initial runs are, in most instances, 10,000/UNITS, with recurring units delivered to property as quantity of initial runs diminishes.  Recurring deliveries are made in quantities of 10,000/UNITS as well.  In order to qualify for the stated discount, customer must agree to a minimum of 2 recurring orders (a total of three deliveries of 10,000/UNITS each).  Artwork should be submitted electronically to josephcabraham@62030.com or via USPS in care of:
